Dear CADAH members,

Greetings.

It has been an exciting year for CADAH under the excellent leadership of Dr. Susan Yang-President of CADAH and her Board of Directors (BODs) and Dr. James Chuong- Chair of CADAH Board of Supervisors. We appreciate everyone’s hard work and hours of contribution.

It is time to nominate new members to the board of directors and board of supervisors for the upcoming year.

The term of the Directors and Supervisors is 2 years:2015-2017.
The term of Student/Resident representatives is 1 year: 2015-2016

Positions available:

Board of Directors: 5 BODs + 2 alternates
Supervisors: 2 Supervisors + 1 alternate
Student Representative: 1
Resident Representative:1

Criteria for CADAH Board of Directors nominee:
-Active member of CADAH for at least one full year immediately before the election

Criteria for CADAH Board of Supervisors nominee:
-Previously served as an officer of CADAH

Criteria for CADAH Student and Resident Representative:
– Active CADAH student/resident membership.
