Dear CADAH Members,
The 26th Annual Chinese Community Health Fair is scheduled for September 20, 2014.
CADAH Foundation has been a long supporter of the event and this year our very own Dr. Ted Shih is the chair.
The topic this year is on cardiovascular health and we would like to request volunteer physicians, especially in the fields of cardiology, endocrinology, internal medicine, neurology, vascular specialists to help with staffing the information booth.

Timeslots are available from 8:30am to 10 am at 30 mins intervals (depending on how many physicians sign up, it may be longer or shorter).
